From the Arizona Desert
1971 Trams AM, numbers correct 455 H.O. round port, aluminum factory intake manifold (480 ft. lbs. of torque),
Muncie M-22 4-speed (Rock Crusher), 3.42 differential, Deluxe interior, air cond. I am amazed by people that want
to compare a 70 RA III car to an HO. Just not comparable and let me know if you want to discuss.
Three (3) Arizona owners car purchased new from Bud Beck Pontiac in Scottsdale Arizona.
Car runs very strong and engine was rebuilt by reputable Pontiac engine expert. Car is also very reliable and went
on a road trip way before restoring from Phoenix to Monterey in 2007. Car is more reliable now as a lot of work has
been done since then.
Perfectly preserved no rust original panel body was disassembled and each panel was urethane block sanded and
painted in original Cameo white, color sanded and buffed and then reassembled . Stripe is concourse original type.
VIN Number: 228871L103001

Engine code C014051 WC (WC is for Manual Transmission) see pic

Vin numbers match: 21L103001
Carburetor Number:
7041262
Original rear differential
Air Conditioning Compressor: Model 5910775 (Correct Original from this 71 TA)
Wheels: 7 28 KN (See Hot Rod magazine 71 trans am restoration) (July 28, correct all 4 matching never had any
damage) Note: although everybody seems to have them, 71 trans am, s never came with trim rings. If you look at the
wheels, they are fairly unique and GM used the 14 center but made it into a 15 inch. You can tell because the lip
is wider. See photo
Have PHS documentation.
